Youngsters For Christ Team

Music department

• Doubles as the Worship Team and the School of Worship.
  
• The Worship team leads praise and worship during worship services on Sunday and at all other applicable ministry activities. They lead during both indoor services and outdoor activites (such as outreaches), and they rehearse every Saturday.
  
• The School of Worship teaches singers and musicians about the character and passion for Christ that is needed to lead worship.
  
• Identifies potential worship leaders and nurture them as they learn about leading worship.
  
• Serves other departments whenever called upon.
  

Drama department

• Ministers to individuals outside of YCT by acting out true stories in order to demonstrate Christ's love.
  
• Ministers to other YCT members through performances geared towards encouraging them in their faith.
  
• Educates individuals both inside and outside YCT about very important subjects (such as immorality).
  
• Releases tension and raises people above their situations with comedy.
  
• Visits children’s homes so that they kids learn about YCT.
  
• Works with all the other departments to impact lives and lift up the banner of Jesus.
  

Dance department

• Participates in outreaches, crusades, church visits, and school rallies.
  
• Composes dances that will be relevant to society in order to reach the lost.
  
• Coordinates with other departments.
  
• Develops dance as an evangelistic tool, helping to further the kingdom of God through evangelism..

Evangelism & Missions department

• Organizes outreaches such as open air meetings and one-on-one evangelism.
  
• Coordinates with other departments for effective evangelism.
  
• Develops with new modes of evangelism.
  
• Mobilizes all of YCT for evangelism.
  
• Helps other departments.
  

School Ministry department

• Lovingly reaches out to students in both private and public middle schools and high schools with the Gospel during this exciting and challenging time in young peoples' lives.
  
• Mentors students, the leaders of today for tomorrow.
  
• Organizes and coordinates christian gatherings at schools.
  
• Exposes the gifts of individual YCT members as they preach in schools.
  
• Communicates with other YCT departments about school rallies, school seminars, and other school functions in which YCT is involved.
  
• Exposes students to YCT by sharing the ministry’s vision in schools.
  

Sound/Technical department

• Sets up the sound equipment for ministry services, crusades, and any other function held in the ministry compound.
  
• Ensures that sound equipment is in good working condition.
  
• Cleans up the sound equipments.

Protocol department

This consists of usher, security, cleaning and hospitality.
